Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rank ID (rank-id.com and the Rank ID app). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

• Rank ID is currently in invite-only beta. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Rank ID.

Fair play & conduct

• Log match results honestly. Results become official only when both players confirm — don't submit fake or disputed scores to inflate your rating.
• Be respectful in club chats, meet pages, and player profiles.
• Don't misuse the platform — no harassment, impersonation, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Communities, events & bookings

Community admins manage their own members and events. Court bookings are agreements between you and the venue; where online payment is offered, it's handled by our payment provider. Cancellation and refund terms for a booking are set with the venue, not by Rank ID.

Ratings

Ratings and leaderboards are generated automatically from confirmed results. We may adjust the rating system or correct obvious errors and abuse.

Availability & changes

Rank ID is provided “as is” during beta. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Termination

You can stop using Rank ID at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rank ID is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, including injuries during play, disputes between players, or venue arrangements.
