Privacy Policy

Rank ID (“we”, “us”) is a platform for recreational tennis, padel, pickleball and badminton players in Indonesia to record match results, track ratings, and organise community play. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It applies to rank-id.com and the Rank ID app.

Information we collect

• Account details — your email address, display name, and city. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile basics from Google.
• Profile information you add — an optional photo, skill self-assessment, availability, and playing preferences.
• Activity — match results you log or confirm, ratings, communities you join, events you RSVP to, and court bookings you make.
• Technical data — basic usage events we record to understand and improve the product, and, if you opt in, a push-notification subscription for your device.

How we use it

• To run your account, calculate ratings and leaderboards, and show match history.
• To operate communities, events, invitations, and court bookings.
• To send you notifications you've asked for (match confirmations, invitations, meet reminders).
• To understand usage and improve Rank ID.

What we share

Some information is visible to other players by design — your name, city, rating, and match results appear on leaderboards, in communities you join, and on the shareable result cards you choose to generate. We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run the app (hosting, database, email delivery, and — if you pay for a court — the payment gateway), and share only what those services need to function.

Payments

Court payments are processed by our payment provider. Rank ID never stores your full card details; that information is handled directly by the payment gateway.

Your choices

• You can edit your profile and turn notifications on or off at any time.
• You can request that we delete your account and personal data by emailing us.
• Confirmed match records may be retained in aggregate so opponents' histories stay intact.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Rank ID is intended for users aged 13 and above.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves; we'll revise the date above when we do.
